It has been a long time since I have had a paying job, 8 years to be exact, but when I was working, we still used some version of a time card. I remember grumbling with other employees about how nice a different system would have been. Thanks to Software Tech there is; They have three different programs to choose from; Complete HR, SoftTime and TimeKron.
Complete HR helps you keep track of employee benefits, certifications and training. It also provides Document Imaging, a typing assistant and even has a Multi-level security system which enables employees to only see their own personal information.
SoftTime is your answer to scheduling. It can manage employee attendance, as well as track vacation time and schedule and absence. SoftTime also supports a "points" system and even has a vacation buy back option! If you look at the image below, you can see the ease with which it can be used.
And lastly, TimeKron, is the answer to the end of time cards like I mentioned above. TimeKron has some great features such as off site punching in, and buddy punch prevention. What I really like, and think is the best feature of this particular program, is the ability to use TimeKron with hardware, which completely eliminates the time card in the work force.
Software Tech wants you to be satisfied, so they allow you to download the programs for free to try them out. Their motto is "Try before you Buy”, so go check them out. The programs are fun and easy to use!
