Have you heard of Hector Kabande? He is the son of the late José Encarnación Kabande Dabdub, who founded the luxury Hotel Lucerna. Group Lucerna is a family business, and Mr Kabande serves as member on the board of directors. He loves to cook, and is working on a new cookbook, entitled "Kabande es Caliente". With his wife, and six children, Mr Kabande spends his time between Mexico and San Diego, CA.
