It might seem too good to be true, but I honestly wish we had known these things. The program seems to be valid enough, and it is quite cheap at the low price of only $28.95. I also read that they will offer you assistance and guidance if you need it, with no cost or obligation. I give them a thumbs up for actually wanting to help the sellers instead of the buyers! Buyers are getting screwed all too often now with the market the way it is, and it is refreshing to see someone out there that actually wants to help buyers avoid that.
